The passenger in this ultralight was either very confident in the abilities of his pilot or he just wanted to film his own death. Either way, these two guys cut it pretty close as the pilot is forced to make an emergency landing following a total loss of power. The aircraft slams into the ground in a tiny field and comes to a stop just short of a line of trees. Notice how after the passenger comments on how close they were to total disaster the pilot says, "Yeah, but it was fun." Reminds me a bit of flying with Aaron.

You may not remember this, but you can verify it. There were two guys who escaped from the Douglas County jail in Omaha in 1978. They went to the Millard airport and stole a light twin and flew it to the Canadian border. They landed at an airport on this side of the border (bad navigation). People on the ground witnessed the rough landing and called the FAA to complain. Apparently, the two thiefs laughed about the landing, but the ground observes thought that the landing was pretty bad. The callers discovered that the plane was stolen, and the escapees were promptly arrested and returned to Omaha.
